In this pivotal role, you'll report directly to the Sr. EHS Advisor and implement safety programs that affect all levels of employees. You'll conduct training for various safety protocols and facilitate workplace inspections. Your focus will also include analyzing accident trends and assisting with workplace claims.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct employee health and safety orientation sessions
• Develop safety training programs in line with regulations
• Coordinate safety material distribution and usage
• Assist in conducting safety audits and inspections
• Mediate and resolve workplace health and safety issues

Requirements:
• Background in construction safety and health roles
• Robust knowledge of safety regulations and standards
• NCSO designation required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexibly to meet project needs
