As an Assistant Teacher Float, you'll cover various YMCA Child Care locations while providing essential support and care for children. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care and support to children
• Ensure safety and supervision of children in groups
• Implement play-based learning in line with YMCA standards
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and volunteers
• Foster an inclusive environment for all children
Requirements:
• At least 18 years old
• Access to a reliable vehicle for travel
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Immunizations in accordance with local health standards
• Ability to handle physical activities in all weather conditions
