Key Responsibilities:
• Consult and advise on dietary needs for residents
• Complete comprehensive nutritional assessments with RAI MDS 2.0
• Develop and monitor personalized nutritional care plans




• Keep the Food Service Manager informed on resident dietary changes
• Review seasonal menus to ensure nutritional value

Requirements:
• Registered Dietitian, eligible for Ontario membership
• Preferred 3-5 years’ experience in long-term settings
• Proficient in computer applications and RAI MDS 2.0
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Negative vulnerable sector check within 6 months
