As an Engineering Technician at FGF, you will work closely with maintenance teams in a crucial support role. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and improving equipment reliability, thus contributing to key operational goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and recommend solutions for equipment issues
• Handle repairs and maintain operational efficiency
• Support the training and development of mechanics
• Document findings and engineering processes clearly
• Validate production equipment following established procedures
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Food or pharmaceutical industry exposure is a plus
• Ability to read mechanical designs and schematics
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Basic understanding of PLC and panel view systems
