In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate with the Logistics Director and ensure flawless execution of orders from our facilities. The ideal candidate will have three years of experience in logistics or manufacturing, is detail-oriented, and excels in rapid-paced settings. You will handle transportation coordination and documentation preparation, ensuring timely deliveries while supporting inventory needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries of all orders
• Maintain and update inventory management files
• Prepare shipping documents accurately
• Support in sourcing raw materials as needed
• Assist during team PTO coverages

Requirements:
• High school diploma or DEC
• At least 3 years experience in logistics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual English and French communication
• Excellent problem-solving skills
