In this role, reporting to the Manager of Data Analytics, you will focus on converting complex data sets into meaningful insights that facilitate decision-making across Tundra. You will be pivotal in building dashboards and defining KPIs that enhance our operational capabilities. Your collaboration with stakeholders ensures data-driven solutions to real business problems and promotes user empowerment in accessing and utilizing analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain dashboards that meet business needs
• Convert ambiguous questions into actionable insights




• Partner with teams to clarify data requirements
• Ensure accuracy and governance in datasets
• Support users in data access and interpretation

Requirements:
• Related Bachelor's degree required
• 3–5+ years in data analysis or business intelligence
• Proficient in SQL and BI dashboard tools
• Experience with cloud data platforms is a plus
• Solid problem-solving and communication abilities
