Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute community outreach initiatives
• Engage with local schools and non-profits




• Understand and address employer workforce needs
• Manage interview processes for potential candidates
• Evaluate and report outreach effectiveness

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Social Services or similar
• Proven experience in outreach plan development
• Solid grasp of community services in Hamilton
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Bilingualism is an asset
