• Manage daily food truck and kitchen operations
• Prepare and cook food promptly at various stations

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Knowledge of light truck operation and maintenance
• Valid Class G driver’s license preferred
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Experience in food service operations is a plus
