In this full-time, permanent role, you will assist in the daily management of a 90-space early learning center. Responsibilities include supporting staff, programming, and maintaining a safe workplace for young children. Candidates should bring strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of Early Childhood Education to this collaborative position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily center operations and staff activities
• Promote a positive work culture and manage staff issues
• Guarantee implementation of the Métis Curriculum




• Work alongside MN-S Coordinators and report to the Board
• Foster relationships with families to enhance communication

Requirements:
• ECE Level 3 certification is essential
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with Métis communities is a plus
• Current CPR-C and First Aid certifications
• Valid driver’s license needed for location access
