Reporting to the IM/IT Primary Care Manager, the Clinical Systems Analyst is responsible for implementing and supporting clinical information management technologies. Your tasks will involve requirement gathering, troubleshooting application issues, and communicating changes effectively to users across the organization. You'll be integral to enhancing healthcare capabilities through innovative IT solutions in partnership with provincial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clinical teams for system requirement definition
• Perform thorough testing and support implementation processes




• Address application issues and assist users in troubleshooting
• Create and distribute communication materials for system updates
• Maintain system configurations and documentation practices

Requirements:
• Diploma in IT, Business Analysis, or related field
• 1-3 years of healthcare systems support experience
• Familiarity with EMRs such as Telus Med Access a plus
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal
