Join Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division as an Electrical Assembler in Milton, Ontario. This is a day shift prospect focused on delivering quality wiring for custom switchboards.
Working under the guidance of the Production Manager, successful candidates will assemble and wire control panels using complex diagrams. A minimum of one year of full time wiring experience is required, ensuring your familiarity with tools and quality standards necessary for high-performance manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Wire control panels based on customer drawings
Connect and terminate wires for various electrical devices
Report design issues and propose solutions
Perform essential functional tests on wiring
Address any rework or repair needs
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 12 months full time wiring experience
Competency in using wiring and power tools
Legal eligibility to work in Canada
Candidates to reside within 80 KM of Milton, ON
