With at least three years of experience in project billing, you’ll be responsible for managing invoices, accounts receivable, and solving billing problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



• Generate invoices for diverse projects accurately • Verify staff time entries and reconcile discrepancies • Monitor and manage accounts receivable processes • Work collaboratively to resolve billing issues • Help with various accounting functions as needed

Requirements: • 3+ years of project accounting or billing experience • Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office tools • Background in full-cycle accounting preferred • Experience in consulting or service industries is a plus • Robust organizational and communication skills
