You will maintain secure, clean, and functional environments in various facilities by applying your skills in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Ideally, you’ll have two years of experience and the ability to work independently while tackling daily maintenance tasks and emergency responses. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are also critical.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain buildings and grounds to ensure safety
Transparent snow, ice, and debris from access areas
Conduct repairs in various building trades as needed




Keep maintenance logs for accountability
Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and participate in on-call duties
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in a relevant trade
Successful trade apprenticeship completion preferred
Grade 12 education or equivalent
Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence and access to a personal vehicle
Proficiency with Microsoft programs
