As a Red Seal Journeyman Technician, your focus will be on performing high-quality repairs that meet OEM standards. You will engage with Service Advisors and collaborate on complex mechanical issues, ensuring that every vehicle leaves the shop in perfect condition. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair advanced automotive issues
• Conduct safety-compliant vehicle inspections
• Maintain organized and clean work areas
• Provide mentorship to junior technicians
• Complete warranty repairs following OEM standards
Requirements:
• Red Seal Certification or equivalent
• Proficient in using OEM diagnostic tools
• Previous experience in a dealership workplace preferred
• Solid ability to communicate and work as part of a team
• Additional certifications are a plus
