In your role as the Maintenance Manager, you will report directly to the Plant Manager and lead all maintenance department activities. Responsibilities include ensuring successful equipment management, enhancing preventative strategies, and achieving operational objectives.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Operations to leverage your expertise for better asset care and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the maintenance team's daily operations
Manage safety practices for employees and contractors
Facilitate continuous improvement feedback in maintenance planning
Evaluate current equipment purchases for reliability
Establish KPIs for monitoring maintenance performance
Requirements:
Minimum five years of Maintenance Management experience
Maintenance Management Qualified certification is an asset
Certified Asset Management Qualified designation preferred
Experience with ammonia plant operations is advantageous
Strong computer skills, especially in MS Excel
