• Maintain accurate installation records and permits

• Process invoices and track installation data

Requirements:
• Over 2 years of experience in client service or booking
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities, both oral and written
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
• Proven success in a customer-centric environment
