Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and assess nursing interventions, including medication management




• Provide holistic client-centered care alongside interdisciplinary team members
• Coordinate with Registered Nurse to adjust care plans tailored to patient needs

Requirements:
• Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• BCLS Level C certification required
• Experience with dementia and high reactive behaviors preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills critical
• Basic computer skills, especially Meditech, Word, and Excel
