Brandt is seeking a Service Writer to join our team in Milton. This vital role focuses on record management and customer service within the Construction & Forestry department.

As a Service Writer, you will directly support our Service Manager by maintaining key records and responding to customer inquiries. You will open work orders, keep the service library updated, and ensure efficient department operations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key to succeeding in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address service inquiries from customers
• Open and track work orders until invoiced
• Update service library and maintain proper records
• Manage customer profiles based on work orders
• Process product improvement claims

Requirements:
• Knowledge of basic office procedures
• General understanding of mechanical terms desired
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
