Key Responsibilities:
• Act as first point of contact for community residents
• Coordinate concierge services and manage interactions
• Support building operations and move-in procedures

Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in hospitality or customer service roles
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• High proficiency in English communication
• Adaptable scheduling availability, including nights and weekends
