The Business Development Specialist, reporting to the regional Business Development Director, is responsible for nurturing broker relationships that align with the company's strategic objectives. You’ll leverage data-driven insights to guide brokers, support training initiatives, and monitor performance metrics to enhance overall operations in the insurance market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support brokers in achieving production and profitability targets
• Monitor and interpret performance metrics for growth
• Build trust through proactive communication and collaboration




• Facilitate broker training on company products and standards
• Provide assistance on contract compliance and broker agreements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or insurance
• Experience in broker-facing roles within insurance
• Solid analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Willingness to pursue CIP designation
