In this role, you'll work independently to tackle cleaning and light maintenance tasks in three designated buildings. Your efforts will ensure that each area is not only clean but also protected for employees and visitors alike, highlighting your commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dust, sanitize, and vacuum commercial spaces
• Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
• Monitor and manage waste disposal procedures
• Restock essential supplies like paper towels and soap
• Report any maintenance or safety issues immediately
Requirements:
• Experience in janitorial work is preferred
• Strong organizational skills for multi-site management
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities
