Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee lodge functionalities in the absence of the manager
• Facilitate effective communication among all lodge employees




• Drive revenue through boutique and service sales
• Respond to and resolve guest inquiries timely
• Assist in maintaining administrative tasks and operational guidelines

Requirements:
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in leadership roles within customer service
