The Estimator II role is perfect for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in managing complex residential projects. You will work closely with the Director, Estimating, to compile input for estimates while developing robust relationships with trades and suppliers. Engage with professionals across estimating, BIM, and management to achieve overall project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze estimating inputs, including subcontractor pricing
• Build long-lasting partnerships with trades and suppliers
• Collaborate in a cohesive preconstruction team




• Prepare labour analyses for effective budgeting
• Review designs to identify improvement areas for costs

Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledgeable in construction materials and trade practices
• Skilled in using Excel and on-screen takeoff tools
• Relevant educational background in Construction Management or similar
• Communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
