Key Responsibilities:
• Plan engaging activities tailored to resident interests

• Maintain productive communication with families and volunteers

Requirements:
• Previous experience with seniors, especially in long-term care
• Education in recreation or therapeutic fields preferred
• Capacity for planning and engaging in recreational activities
• Familiarity with health care principles in recreation
• Passion for creating meaningful resident engagement
