As Nurse Manager, you will coordinate nursing services within the community and mentor staff. Your focus will be on effective care planning, adherence to health regulations, and promoting services to enhance patient care. The role also includes participation in the Branch Manager On-Call rotation, providing leadership support during evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and support nursing staff in community settings
• Design and implement effective care plans with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and best practices




• Promote and advertise Community Health Services
• Advocate for workplace health and safety practices

Requirements:
• Must hold an RN degree with 3-5 years of experience
• Registration with College of Nurses of Ontario is mandatory
• Robust knowledge of nursing practices and case management
• Excellent verbal and written communication required
• Must possess a vehicle for travel and pass background checks
