As part of your responsibilities, you will report to the Administrative Coordinator, providing clerical and reception tasks within a healthcare setting. This role will require strong organizational skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and staff alike. You will manage office supplies, perform cash handling, and keep client data updated in line with health authority standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clerical support and receptionist duties to clients
• Enter and maintain client records in databases
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently




• Handle inquiries regarding services and intake processes
• Order necessary office supplies and maintain inventory

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 plus Office Administration certification
• Minimum of 3 years related experience in an administrative capacity
• Valid BC Class V Driver's License required
• Proficient in office software and communication skills
• Ability to type at least 55 words per minute
