In this position, you will contribute to the Proposal and Consultant Database Team, utilizing your finance education and professional experience of 2-4 years in an institutional setting. You will draft compelling responses, enhance customer engagement, and maintain consistency across all marketing documentation. Your analytical skills and enthusiasm will be key to supporting our business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare RFPs, RFIs, DDQs for various affiliates
• Enhance existing RFP responses with new insights




• Maintain an organized RFP response database
• Support report preparation for the RFP process
• Update investment and consultant databases as required

Requirements:
• Finance degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years in investment firms or banks
• Excellent verbal and written articulation skills
• Team-oriented approach to problem solving
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
