Skanna Security & Investigations is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support a sophisticated automated distribution facility. You will troubleshoot and maintain key electrical systems during off-shift hours.

In this vital role, you'll focus on diagnosing and repairing equipment including conveyors, robotics, and motors, utilizing Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs. Your solid communication skills and attention to detail are essential for ensuring the reliability of automated systems while following safety protocols. Be prepared to work independently and make critical decisions under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot PLC and control system failures
• Maintain a range of automated equipment, including VFDs
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on-site




• Document all repairs and inspections in CMMS
• Address breakdowns safely and efficiently

Requirements:
• Valid Alberta Journeyperson Electrician certification is required
• 3 years of experience with automated electrical systems
• Proficient in Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC platforms
• Capability to read and understand technical schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and effective communication skills
