As a Labourer, you will assist in various shop tasks that support the fabrication team. While welding experience is beneficial, it is not necessary, and training is available for candidates with a robust work ethic. Responsibilities will include material preparation, cleaning the shop, and operating tools safely.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily welding and fabrication tasks
• Prepare and arrange materials for various jobs
• Grind and finish metal products as required
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Keep shop environment clean and safe

Requirements:
• Reliable attendance and work ethic
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• Mechanical ability is an asset
