You will work alongside senior management, lenders, and legal counsel, ensuring that all funding activities align with corporate goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit comprehensive loan documentation
• Manage closing timelines and checklists for funding
• Facilitate delivery of necessary closing documents




• Coordinate and compile compliance and covenant reports
• Organize loan files into a secure document repository

Requirements:
• Degree in finance or related field
• At least 5 years in related financial roles
• Knowledge of mortgage financing and due diligence
• Ability to interpret legal documents and reports
• Proficient in MS Office applications
