This position, under the guidance of the Manager, Ocular Recovery, plays a key role in Trillium Gift of Life Network’s mission to improve health outcomes through effective tissue transplantation. You will engage in various tasks including surgical recovery, donor assessments, technical operations, and ensuring compliance with health regulations—all while traveling as needed throughout Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute surgical recovery of eye tissue from deceased donors
• Adhere to safety standards during tissue packaging and transport




• Collaborate with teams to assess donor medical histories
• Conduct quality control and maintain medical documentation
• Prepare and manage recovery equipment and supplies

Requirements:
• University or college degree in health sciences or equivalent
• Four years of relevant experience in a clinical setting
• Certification in tissue or blood banking is beneficial
• Reliable vehicle with a valid class G driver's license
• Capacity for long-distance travel and physical lifting
