Support METTLER TOLEDO's mission as a Field Service Technician, responsible for the installation and maintenance of laboratory equipment across the Greater Toronto Area. Deliver outstanding technical service and customer engagement through your expertise.

This role involves performing timely preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for various laboratory weighing instruments and customer equipment. You'll also engage in promoting service products and ensuring high customer satisfaction while resolving complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute preventative maintenance and calibration tasks
• Troubleshoot and support repair tasks as necessary
• Ensure timely completion of service at customer sites




• Promote services and facilitate product sales leads
• Maintain organizational standards for vehicle and parts inventory

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Engineering or related technology
• Technical experience in support or installation environments
• Competence in using Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle equipment lifting of up to 20 Kg
• Clean Driver's Abstract with ability to travel
