This full time position demands field experience managing small to midsize construction crews. You will need to operate equipment and provide essential leadership to your team while adhering to safety regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead small to midsize construction crews effectively
• Ensure safety compliance and protocol adherence
• Operate excavators and other construction equipment
• Manage shift work, including weekends and overtime
• Conduct tie-ins and support HDD and HDB operations

Requirements:
• Class 5 driver's license required
• Experience in tie-ins and HDD support
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit; able to lift 50 lbs
• Must pass pre-employment A&D; tests
