Support families in crisis as a Family Preservation Worker located in Kapuskasing. This full-time, contract role involves intensive interventions for children facing significant behavioral issues.

Working within the Family Preservation team, you will be responsible for providing critical behavioral management skills and parental training to families. A degree in Social Work or Psychology, alongside a minimum of three years' experience, is required. Bilingualism in English and French is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver effective intervention strategies to families
• Conduct assessments of behavioral and emotional challenges
• Train parents in essential management techniques
• Maintain versatile working hours to accommodate families
• Work with various professionals to ensure holistic care

Requirements:
• Baccalaureate in Social Work or equivalent
• At least three years of relevant experience in the field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Current G2 or valid G Class driver's license
• Fluency in both English and French
