Oversee manufacturing operations as a Shop Foreman for our conveyor belt facility, ensuring efficient and high-quality production. This hands-on role demands strong leadership while addressing daily operational challenges and fostering a positive team culture.

You'll work directly with shop staff to manage production schedules, inventory, and quality control processes. As a leader, you'll conduct performance reviews, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Drive improvements in productivity and quality through effective management practices.

• Lead Daily Operational Reviews to streamline operations

Requirements:
• Extensive managerial experience in manufacturing is a must
• Solid troubleshooting skills for mechanical systems
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Industrios
• Proficient English communication skills
