You will be pivotal in delivering agronomic training and partnering with key retail teams to ensure strategic execution. This role demands significant agronomic expertise and the ability to provide support across various agricultural products. Frequent travel within the territory for hands-on engagements is expected—about 2-3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide diverse agronomic training to Grow Team Advisors
• Align training with retail strategies and product offerings
• Validate and enhance understanding of agricultural products




• Support sales campaigns with expert agronomic insights
• Educate on effective use of AgZone FIELD

Requirements:
• 6-9 years of significant agronomy experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture required
• Registration with applicable agrologists required
• CCA designation advantageous
• Field experience of five years preferred
