• Collaborate on patient care plan assessments

• Provide leadership in the absence of the Director of Care
• Ensure adherence to administrative policies and physician's orders

Requirements:
• Current RN competence certificate
• Registration with provincial nursing institutions
• Experience in long-term or community care
• Strong communication and planning skills
