The Full-Time RN position at VHA focuses on providing and coordinating individualized nursing services. You’ll assess, monitor, and evaluate care plans while maintaining high-quality services. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans for clients
• Monitor and evaluate ongoing health interventions
• Ensure safety and quality in client care




• Maintain documentation in line with nursing standards
• Participate in on-call support during emergencies
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• RN diploma or degree from a recognized institution
• Valid First Aid or CPR certification
• Experience in acute and community nursing preferred
• Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle
