You will collaborate with Health Authority teams to lead quality reviews, analyze key performance data, and implement effective quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



• Review risk and incident data regularly for trends • Conduct quality reviews for long-term care facilities • Identify quality improvement opportunities within the region • Develop solid communications with site managers • Support annual goals and objectives of Long-term Care Services

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in clinical discipline or health-related field • 5-7 years of experience in quality improvement • Master’s degree preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Valid BC Driver’s License
