Key Responsibilities:
• Customize medication treatments and counsel patients on therapy
• Collaborate to develop clinical guidelines for disease conditions
• Contribute to quality improvement and drug therapy evaluations




• Mentor and supervise pharmacy students and trainees
• Participate in clinical trials and pharmacy service evaluations

Requirements:
• Registration as a Pharmacist with College of Pharmacists of BC
• Accreditation through a Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program
• Robust grasp of clinical pharmacy knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Capability to handle job-specific physical tasks
