Key Responsibilities:
• Execute comprehensive business development strategies for corporate fundraising
• Manage a dynamic portfolio of corporate donors
• Develop engagement strategies to enhance donor connections




• Track and optimize funding performance and strategies
• Support and mentor junior fundraising team members

Requirements:
• Minimum seven years’ experience in non-profit or corporate sectors
• Robust background in fundraising principles and corporate partnerships
• Exceptional relational and communication skills
• Capable of strategic analysis and complex problem-solving
• Proficiency with donor management systems and Microsoft Office
