In this key role, reporting to the Supervisor of Community Programs, you will supervise the operations of aquatic services within the community. Your previous 1-3 years of experience in aquatic supervision will guide your efforts in program development, staff training, and community engagement. Critical thinking and attention to detail are essential as you manage inquiries and create positive experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations and delivery of aquatic services
• Contribute to the planning and evaluation of aquatic programs




• Coach and develop aquatic staff to enhance team performance
• Recruit and schedule staff and volunteers effectively
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety legislation and policies

Requirements:
• Diploma in Recreation and Leisure Services or allied fields
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in aquatic settings
• Proven communication and customer service skills
• Current certifications in lifesaving and first aid
• Ontario Class G driver’s license necessary
