Pacific Community Resources Society seeks a strategic Communications & Philanthropy Manager to enhance storytelling and stakeholder engagement. This full-time role combines strategy and execution for community impact.
In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies in collaboration with organizational leaders. You will also reinforce internal communications and manage brand stewardship efforts to elevate PCRS’s presence in the community. This position is ideal for those passionate about supporting youth and vulnerable adults.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement organizational communications strategy
• Strengthen internal communication and staff recognition
• Oversee external communications and media relations
• Support donor engagement and fundraising initiatives
• Manage priorities and communication projects
Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent in communications or non-profit management
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Experience leading diverse teams
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital platforms
• Knowledge of equity and inclusion practices
