• Validate monthly usage and billing data for Finance team

• Respond to OEM-related operational requests promptly
• Track engineering investments using reporting tools
• Identify process gaps and recommend automation opportunities

Requirements:
• Degree in Business or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in product operations or related fields
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments is highly desirable
• Robust problem-solving and time management skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum practices a plus
