In the Senior Program and Policy Specialist position, you will coordinate with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and serve as a key resource for strategic governance initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with OMAFA’s leadership on program matters
• Support governance forums and strategic discussions




• Advise on program governance and operational structures
• Provide secretariat support for financial boards
• Analyze and recommend program policy changes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
• 5 years’ experience in government programs and policy
• Robust analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of Agricorp program framework is an asset
• Experience in agricultural policy preferred
