Knowledge of broadcast/media workflows (Scheduling, Ad Sales, Traffic, Billing)
Hands-on SQL and database troubleshooting experience
Experience in Helpdesk / EUC support environments
Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ticketing tools
Understanding of infrastructure and EUC environments (VDI, VPN, etc.)
Experience with system integrations and reporting tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities Provide L1/L2/L3 support for Operative IBMS (BMS)
Troubleshoot issues across Scheduling, Ad Sales, Traffic, and Billing modules
Resolve incidents, service requests, and user queries through ticketing tools
Perform SQL-based data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Investigate system integration issues and data inconsistencies
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure SLA compliance
Manage user access, configurations, and minor system enhancements
Collaborate with Sales, Traffic, Finance, and Technical teams to support business operations
