GHD is seeking an Electrical Engineering Lead to join our multidisciplinary design organization. Focused on municipal water and wastewater projects, this role demands expertise in medium and low voltage systems, electrical protections, and effective mentoring of junior engineers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with key Ontario municipalities, guiding teams through technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare technical documentation, ensuring compliance with standards
• Function as Project Lead for multiple engineering efforts
• Assist in proposal development and fee management




• Coach junior team members in engineering practices
• Conduct site inspections and manage RFI responses

Requirements:
• B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with P.Eng. designation
• 15-20 years of experience in electrical design
• At least 10 years in water and wastewater settings
• Robust knowledge of Canadian electrical safety standards
• Proven supervisory and project management capabilities
