Shape the future of child and youth services with the Tsleil-Waututh Nation as a Child, Youth & Family Services Manager in North Vancouver. Lead teams and innovate programs tailored to community needs.

In this integral role, you will provide oversight for program development and supervise key staff dedicated to supporting children and families with complex needs. Your leadership will help align services with Tsleil-Waututh values, utilizing a trauma-informed approach. Building collaborations with external partners is key to success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Directly supervise and coach front-line service staff
• Develop and implement integrated case management strategies
• Facilitate workshops and family-focused initiatives




• Enhance compliance with MCFD funding guidelines
• Represent Tsleil-Waututh at inter-agency meetings

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in social work or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in child services
• 3+ years in staff oversight
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems
• Background in working with Indigenous communities

Lead vital programs and support Tsleil-Waututh families through your expertise in community development.
