As a Full time Centre Director, you will manage all aspects of the childcare centre, from staff recruitment to regulatory compliance. You'll ensure that all educators are well-trained and understand their objectives. Keeping families informed about their children’s progress is also paramount to this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer overall centre operations and enforce regulations
• Lead recruitment, training, and staff development initiatives
• Manage financial tasks including payroll and communications




• Facilitate positive family interactions regarding children’s progress
• Ensure staff compliance with regulatory training requirements

Requirements:
• Valid RECE membership with the Ontario College of ECE
• Understanding of provincial licensing requirements
• Experience in financial management practices
• Up to date health assessments and immunizations
• CPR/First Aid Certification
