This full-time role focuses on developing recruitment initiatives targeted towards Indigenous populations. You will engage with various stakeholders, provide pre-admission advising, and craft meaningful connections with prospective students and their families. Your lived experiences and dedication to Indigenous education will guide your efforts in creating impactful recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and manage recruitment initiatives for Indigenous students
• Conduct outreach programs at schools and community events




• Provide explicit information on Humber’s programs to prospective applicants
• Collaborate with Indigenous communities and organizations
• Participate in recruitment events and deliver presentations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related areas
• At least 2 years of experience in student recruitment or outreach
• First Nations, Métis, or Inuit lived experience
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Access to reliable vehicle and a valid G driver’s license
